About this position

Our company:

Atomic’s Onboarding Specialist will facilitate the implementation process for new client accounts, setting them up for success. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new clients on Atomic’s services and procedures, help solve technical problems, ensure smooth adoption of our products, services and give a first-class customer experience to welcome new clients to our company.

 

The ideal candidate for this role is high-energy, experienced with customer-facing responsibilities, passionate about helping clients, and is a natural and concise communicator. Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to clients with varying degrees of technical expertise.

 

A collaborative approach is key as this role is expected to contribute ideas and initiate tactical improvements to the overall onboarding process. Additional responsibilities may include other office administration tasks such as answering business phone calls, coordinating office events, and communicating with vendors or other affiliate partners.

Role Responsibilities:

Onboarding Specialists are expected to:

  • Become an expert with our products and services
  • Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new clients with implementation and troubleshooting
  • Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales, advertising, finance, creative, and operations teams
  • Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
  • Listen carefully to information provided by clients and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper use and implementation of Atomic services

Employment Type:

  • Full-Time/Part – Time / Hourly Compensation
