This person will be responsible for growing advertising revenues through the consultative sale of a broad set of digital solutions including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development and local initiatives. The primary responsibility is new business development.

The ideal candidate has confidence in cold calling & prospecting, a strong ability to identify customer needs, develop and present a customized solution with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals with a high level of success.

Our Ideal Hire:

  • Identify business needs of prospective clients and determine how Atomic can play a role in fulfilling those needs
  • Understand and effectively explain Atomic Social’s array of services
  • Develop business relationships and network with business owners and other professionals
  • Cold call/contact to find new business opportunities
  • Prepare and execute on sales proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate with Ad Managers and other stakeholders to successfully onboard clients
  • Design and innovate sales pipelines and new sales strategies
  • Achieve sales quotes and goals on a monthly basis
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers

What We Hope to See:

Atomic’s minimum requirements are as follows:

  • Significant experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Previous marketing experience/solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer functions and sales/reporting software
  • Experience with business development and managing customer relations
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience

  • Full-Time/OTE Compensation
